Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always felt a shame with lots of foreigners don't get to see the real Seoul, or Korea. As a Korean, who also travelled and lived abroad, I wish I could help you to explore something more authentic and trendy. Something not on Korean tour guide!

I currently live in London studying Art. Although my parents financially support me, it's not really easy to afford a living within certain budget, especially in London, where everything is expensive so that I cannot really travel a lot even if I wish to go so many places around the world!!! Being a guest at native's house would be so much help for me, not only because of the money saved, but also because of priceless useful tips from locals!!! Sometimes, recommended restaurants or museums are much better than one in tour book. :)

Interests

I like cooking - specialised in Korean food but I am also good at cooking western food and I especially love cooking for people around me, and making them happy with my food. So please let me cook for you if you are willing to try something new. :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am interested in MMA (Mixed Martial Art) so I first began when I was in Korea 2 year's ago summer and I really really loved it, although I am not doing it at the moment in London.......
First time I found a local MMA gym around my house in Korea, I was the first female member there so I started training with male members and I really enjoyed! I worked out harder than other people as I wanted to break prejudice toward women, a little asian girl and somehow I wanted to show that I could be as strong as other men..... I was so moved when my master told me he was proud of me, after a few months.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you Korean Cooking or, cooking in general.
also Drawing (I started learning art since I was 8 and used to teach students from young to old; drawing and illustration )

All I expect from you:
