On a journey discovering myself - stripping away the self deception. If I deceive myself, I cannot truly love myself. If I cannot love myself, I cannot truly love another, for as long as I have judgement, hatred, resentment etc. within me, it will affect the way I live, and consequently it will affect all of my relationships. I don’t try to change anything or push anything away. Just looking and seeing, speaking from it authentically. Accepting it’s ok to be vulnerable. I let “the urge of looking good-self deception” go. Thus, I have space for freedom, self expression and peace of mind.
