AS A SURFER:
1. RESPECTFUL of your house, time, life and personal business. And if you like,I'd love to get to know the people that host me and maybe do something together. If there is any other needs or the host has any demands, we would like to agree in advance

2. CLEAN, NON-SMOKING. I don't mind people smoking,but my husband and I are both non-smoker.

3. RESPONSIBLE. I am a responsible person when it comes to being welcomed in someone else's house, which means I will gladly fit in your routine and respect your sleep time and pravite space. And feel free to tell me if I'm doing something wrong.

AS A HOST:
Before my husband and I travel to somewhere else, it is possible for us to offer a couch or show you around the Beijing city. BUT please pay your attention to the following if you need a couch:

PLEASE check the date you move on and how long you would like to stay
（I am more inclined to accept for a shorter time,say less than 5 days,at the very beginning,and then it is possible for u to stay some more days）;

PLEASE take your our washing tools;

I am very sooorry we may not give you the door key, so it is better for you to follow our routines.

AND we do not cook a lot at home, but feel free to use the kitchen if you would like to.
