ABOUT ME
I am a student here in the US but I was born and raised in Malaysia. Growing up in a multiracial country has taught me to have a different perspective towards the world. I would say that I am easy going and down for almost every spontaneous road trip and adventures. Exploring the world and experiencing different culture has been my biggest dream. I am also a very active person, as long as it is sports related, I am always down for it!

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I have couchsurfed in all around US and it was an amazing experience! I have hosted a few people and will continue doing it when I have my own place.

Interessen

Muay thai ( thai boxing) is my biggest passion in life. I would like to get in the ring and go pro one day. As mentioned, discovering the world is my biggest dream, I would like to travel and discover the local cultures around the globe.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

My favorite music genre is pop rock, I'm not really into music so what plays on the radio or spotify is fine for me.
I'm a big book worm, I read a lot. Fiction and some travel books are my favorite. I love to read about others' experiences on travelling the world and from it I'm inspired to explore the world.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

- Leave home and study abroad. I took a 32 hours flight (including 4 layovers) to a whole new country all alone. I do not have any idea what will it be like, but I took up the challenge.
- Skipped my college commencement and went for a Muay Thai fight. (without my parents knowing)
- Went on a 3 weeks trip all alone! Meeting awesome people around the world
- Went surfing for the first time with a complete stranger that I have known for less than an hour. We turned out to be good friends!
- Went on a month and half long road trip. Drove from New England to California and back!

I bet that there are stories that everyone could share, and from that we either teach people something or learn something from it! :)
