About Me

Hi, there:) I'm 28-year-old girl who is living in Gwangju, Republic of Korea(South Korea). My name is Jisu, Sin and my English name is Judy. You can call me either of them.

I majored in Business administration at Pusan National University, and now working for Citibank Korea as a banker.

🤙🏻When you ask me to host you,
1. Please call me by “my Korean or English name” when you greet me at the first line because I don’t like copy and paste requests
2. Please write “Bananas” on the bottom of your message. If there is not, I’ll not reply to your message.
(These rules are applied from 26th April, 2019)

❗️For emergency requesting
I accept emergency requests if my schedule is fine but you should know there is high possibility of getting decline in that case. That is because, as you know, new plans are continuously coming to me in my daily life. So, I prefer the request at least one week in advance.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In 2016, I traveled western Europe(Spain, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Italy) all alone. At that time I did couchsurfing five times and received warm welcoming from awesome couch hosts. In return for their warm welcoming, I'd like to participate in hosting travelers around the world.

* Although there is no references from hosts, I had a really great time with them. My hosts and I were too lazy to write each other’s reference and I didn’t really care about it because at that time I didn’t know how important the reference is on Couch surfing.
However, I have realized the important of references since I started to host travelers. So I’m trying to definitely leave a reference after hosting someone. And hope that you do the same after staying in my house.:)

Interests

I really enjoy traveling other countries, meeting local people and making new friends. And I also like taking nice pictures and learning new recipes for nice dishes! If you have some awesome pictures you took or good recipe, please share with me. :)
