Hi,
I am Jitka from Czech Republic. I was au pair in the USA last year and I felt in love with travelling.
I love nature and activities connected with it. I like sports mostly the water ones like swimming, snorkeling, rafting, skiing (snow is just frozen water, right? :D) and I was trying to learn how to surf :)
I am a positive and direct person and I usually say what I think :) I like to talk and sometimes I talk too much :) (but it's possible to stop me :D )
I love travelling and visiting new places and new people.
I am garden/lanscape architect. I am working and living and trying to enjoy life as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I felt in love with travelling and as an au pair I have realized how awesome is to actually live with local people. This is totally different experience! Before I was only visiting places but meeting and living with local people is the real point of travelling :)
This is great opportunity to travel, meet locals and have fun :)

I like different types of music, mostly rock old rock I would say :)
I love movies and books and its hard to list it here. Movies for example Braveheart, Forrest Gump, Pelíšky, Up, Point Break, The Shawshank Redemption, The Dark Knight, Kolja, How to Train Your Dragon, Requiem for a Dream...
I don't even remember every good book I have ever read but for example Flew over the cuckoo's nest, Lord of the rings, Cannery row. Love your neighbor, Autors: Nicholas Evans, Sidney Sheldon, Dan Brown, Barbara Wood, King, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Solo roadtrip mainly through national parks in Montana (Glatier National Park), Wyoming (Yellowstone, Grand Teton) and Canada (Waterton Lakes NP).

I am trying to learn as much as I can during my life / travels but my brain and memory sometimes don´t cooperate much : D
