ABOUT ME

I am currently a graduate student in Chicago and have been here for 4 years. I am doing research on traveling , exploring how travel shapes the way people perceive themselves and the world. If you are interested in the topic and would like to see how it can be carried out in a scientific way, send me a message. I'd love to talk about it.

I traveled to more than 30 countries for the past few years, mostly developing countries. I am always amazed by how trusting and kind people can be, although we have been told throughout our life that don't talk to strangers. What an amazing contrast! Realizing that changed the way I see the world and made me much positive than before!

Yes, I believe in humanity, that's why I like adventure.

PHILOSOPHY

Passionate and responsibility are two big things for life. Balancing them is a big challenge.

I am interested in hosting, surfing and local CS groups. I haven't done any of those though.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I backpacked in Iran last year for a few weeks. I didn't spend any days at hotels or restaurants. I was invited by local people to stay and dine with them all the time(I didn't discover couch surfing at that time yet). I was amazed by how trusting and trustworthy people can be.
