About Me

Mostly grew up in Seoul, Korea and have lived in New Jersey, USA and Paris, France.
I moved to Frankfurt, Germany about 1.5 year ago with a plan of traveling mostly, while doing a few mini-jobs to support myself, but ended up finding a full-time job in an event marketing agency.

My motto at the moment is to explore new opportunities in life while embracing as much experience as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

In the beginning, I wanted to travel without spending a huge budget. Now, I really want to return the favor by hosting those in need of a roof over their head.

So far, I have mostly been influenced positively by the people I meet on trips. I would like to keep this up through CS.

Interests

At the moment I'm super into blogging and starting my own business. Especially in living and starting a business in South America

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - Techno music and Hip-Hop, but don't have huge preference over a certain type.

Movies - Moana, Mulan, One Day, Life of Pi, Untouchable, the Jason Bourne series, We bought a Zoo and so on.

Books - Unbroken, Tuesday with Morrie, Black flower, Toni Morrison, Kurt Vonnegut, and Paulo Coelho books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Volunteer work I did once in the Philippines, where I assisted free medical examination for the people who could not afford such a thing. It really was something indescribable - sad, happy, fulfilling, depressing and so on.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my experience while growing up in different cultures, which entail some fun stories. Also some travel stories from about 50+ cities (that is, of course, if you're interested :).

I also like sharing thoughts on life and people's life goals, if there is the right chemistry.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Possibly some Korean dish recipes, if you've got some dull taste buds.

Countries I’ve Visited

Azerbaijan, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
