I grew up in New England and spent four years down south, but I'm in Calais, France to teach English till April.

I haven't traveled much in Europe till now, but I've been to some cool places in the US: Boston, New York, Nashville, New Orleans, Las Vegas, San Diego, Salt Lake City, Washington DC

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm really interested in meeting an array of people who can tell me exciting things about their city and direct me toward things that I wouldn't otherwise find out about. It's all about connecting with locals.

Interests

Hiking, crosswords, reading, cycling, coffee, wine, trying new foods/cooking, traveling (duh), learning new languages, keeping up to date with the New York Times, Politico, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love everything from Vampire Weekend to Adele to Mozart. My favorite movies tend to be beautiful dramas or Woody Allen style comedies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I recently camped and hiked Bryce Canyon. Pretty fantastic.
