ABOUT ME

On paper, I am a geek :-/
Anyway, I try really hard not to be ;-). "Young" French men, I really enjoy social intercourses. It is for me the best way to discover people but also the soul of a country :-)

PHILOSOPHY

I think that the soul of a country or any place is the people.
For example, Home is not the place where I grew up. Home is the place where I feel well.
I think that the greatest landscape is not really beautiful if you have no one with to share the view.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I surfed once in Brazil and it was really nice :-)
And I try to respond to solicitation but it is not really easy with my job rhythm.

Like I said earlier, once in Brazil. It was really nice :-) and I met a really beautiful soul there !!

Interests

My time is split between my job (computer system engineer)and my hobbies and activities.
I dance rock 'n' roll, west coast swing, salsa and other latinos rhythm since 6 years and really like it. I usually get out in France, Switzerland or Germany.
I just started photography but I enjoy this new activity :-) I have a flickr account that you can explore.
And the last, but not the least, I love reading :-) the most part is fantastic kind.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a music fan, I really like the latinos sounds and rhythms but also classical music, blues, jazz or others. It depends on the mood :-)
Books ??? science fiction and fantasy most of the time but not only

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The last years I get backpacking with 2 friends. The first time was a trip of aprox. 200kms with beautiful landscapes on the "Robert Louis Stevenson Trail". The second one was shorter but harder because of the hot weather on the "Sentier Cathare" (aprox 180 kms).

The greatest part was to do it with my friends and to meet people :-)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach basic moves of salsa, bachata, chachacha and also French language. I am always interest in learning to dance (new moves or new dance), languages and photography.
