Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love hosting people and showing them a good time. When you come to a city like New York and there's so much to do, it's hard to distill what's good and what's not. In addition, there's the tourist New York and then there's the local New York, most people don't get to experience New York as a local, instead sticking to the tourist areas and not really getting a true New York experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some truly amazing people while hosting them in Los Angeles and New York.

I've also been hosted a few times while on travel and have met up with others for coffee, which has been awesome to get to know more locals.

Interests

I believe in being more Renaissance man than specialist. I believe in traveling somewhere foreign every year. I try to see as many shows as I can. Cooking is an art. I have to watch sports highlights daily. I believe in owning king sized pillows, dressing well, relentless improvement, and minimalism. A pet penguin would be my favorite pet, akitas or pomskies will work too.
