About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Experience as many cultures as I possibly can!! ..and help others to do the same
ABOUT ME
I LOVE meeting new people! I study sociology and hope to be a social worker when i "grow up", so I am always looking for different perspectives and interactions and opinions and ideas and ANYTHING ELSE anyone wants to contribute!
I am incredibly laid-back, clumsy, spontaneous, willing to try almost anything, and low-maintenence. I play a little piano and sing in a group at school, and love experiencing music of other cultures that I wouldn't normally be able to experience.
I love talking about politics and current issues, and love hearing other peoples' perspectives - might get into a few debates, but that's what makes it all interesting =)
PHILOSOPHY
LIVE AND LET LIVE. simple as that.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
A trip to Brasil allowed me to experience some of the most beautiful sights and incredible hospitality I've ever seen in my life. Seeing the Cliffs of Moher in Ireland is up there - absolutely beautiful day and a breathtaking view. I'm living in Ireland for the semester, and essentially all of the countryside that i've seen has been amazing. I've gotten the opportunity to work at several non-profits during my undergrad experience in the States, and while that's not 'amazing' by normal standards, the opportunity to work with people from all different walks of life (adults with mental disabilities, homeless women, people with profound poverty) has helped me to be able to relate to people on a fundamental, human level. So I would say that is a pretty amazing experience, and one I hope to pass on during my travels!!!
