About Me

CURRENT MISSION

mission impossible

ABOUT ME

I recently graduated from University, and before looking for a career I have decided to do some more traveling. As long as the temperature is right I'd rather sleep in a tent than indoors. My last trip took me through Greece, Egypt and Amsterdam and I had a fantastic time with a good friend. At that time I did not know about couch surfing, but I have heard many good things. I believe I am a fairly amicable person who enjoys meeting witty folks. I look forward to good conversations

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've done some volunteering at local elementary schools to gain experience in what will probably be my career in the future. As far as participating with CS goes, I am a new member looking forward to meeting people around the globe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

amateur. I have heard good things from people in my city who share similar interests. I trust their opinions.

Interests

I enjoy meeting people and traveling. I have tree planted for the past 4 years and it is a great (though extremely physically and mentally demanding) way to meet friendly people, see the best and worst of Canada and make good coin all the while. I really enjoy reading novels of all sorts, fiction and non fiction. Of course I am a fan of many styles of music. This last year my life was taken over by Dub Step and electronica, however I managed to find some time to listen to great bands like Twin Shadow, The Walkmen and Toro Y Moi. I also really enjoy listening to.... too many bands to list really... I have 110 GB's of music on my iPod so should be able to find some common ground with almost anyone. almost.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm... Well I got to jump out of a helicopter while tree planting in B.C. We were getting dropped off on a mountain where the grade was too steep for the helicopter to land... That was pretty fun.
