About Me
Hello everyone. We are a couple of travelers on a cycling trip from France. "We" means Kuba and Marie. We are looking forward to meet kind and open minded people on the way. If you feel like getting together, please let us know.

Interests
We love being outside and in recent years we managed to spend our lives mostly outdoors: working in fields and orchards, hiking mountains (Caucasus!) and deserts (Jordan!), kayaking, volunteering in gardens around the Mediterranean and always eyeing the next adventure.
Recently we got into cycling, built our bikes and now we're on an expedition to South East Asia.
*****
Few words about why we think cycling is a GREAT way to travel:
- You see so much more. Everything between your travel destinations is explored. Often these un-touristic places are where the authentic experiences and exchanges occur;
- You feel the distance you cover. It's convenient to take a bus or fly but to move across the country by the virtue of your own muscles allows you to appreciate the effort to travel through changing landscapes, bringing a sense of achievement;
- You are independent. No more waiting for a bus or cars going your way. You go where you want (including places not frequented by public transport and cars), when you want, which is the closest thing to freedom you'll ever experience traveling;
- All this while having no negative environmental impact.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
We are proud of several of our achievements but right now it has to be the current bike trip where we managed to cycle from Europe all the way to India :)
Teach, Learn, Share
We can teach you bike mechanics (or how to cheaply build your own expedition bike), give tips on how to travel light and find camping spots almost anywhere.
