About Me

I have been very well traveled, I have been almost over the World and the US; especially as someone as young as I am. My favorite part of traveling is meeting people who would otherwise not be in your lives. It's crazy how much the smallest contact with someone, especially cultured differently from me, can change my entire perception in a matter of seconds.

I find the what I miss the most is my dog, and she has always made me return home feeling guilty. She's getting older, but she is my big baby so I have to come see her, especially if I end up extending my stay a few days.

I have always been a very generous person. It took a while to know who not to trust, it's like knowing what you can touch.

I enjoy all Arts, I see myself as an artist and photographer by myself.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Imagine what happens when that stranger that does something to change your life brushes shoulders with you. U never were really meant to meet, without going out of your way to do so.

What a great way to make friends. Friends always start out as strangers, but thru each other's generosity, what was strange becomes familiar, and you become friends.

Interests

My interests are rather diversified, so I can always hold a conversation, if that is important to you. I am always willing to learn new things, and am a great listener as well. I can be totally blown away by works of art.

I also love the outdoors, I see beauty in both Skylines and Horizons. I love trees, flowers, architecture, and skyscrapers.

Only place I've been that bored me, and I don't like is Kansas. If you ever make it to USA, if u start in the center of Kansas, any direction you drive in gets prettier and more scenic. Haha, it's funny cuz it is true.

I never really get bored. That's the best thing about having lots of interests, it makes it nearly impossible to become bored.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all music, rather it is Dance/Club types of music that are big in the club scenes, classic rock, rock, reggae, even rap. I also really like jam bands like The Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, etc. Probably the best live performer ever was Bob Marley, I would give both kidneys to have the chance to see him live just once. ANd of course there is U2, and other great bands that have come out of Europe like Zeppelin, Hendrix, to say a few. The only music that I don't find myself listening to often it American Country. I can handle it, but I don't go out looking for it.

I like all types of movies too. RIght now I want to see the new Jason Bourne. I like the movies from his trilogy, the spy like movies, and hope that it is similar in excitement.

I am not the biggest reader, mostly I read articles on the internet, magazines, and other shorter reads. I used to read a lot, but I was burned out by all the reading I had to do while receiving my education, so now most of my thoughts are in my head rather than being read off of a page. I also like reading educational reads.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been to almost every state in the USA, I am only missing Maine and Hawaii. It took many years to do it, but I think I will be able to finish this accomplishment and cross it off my bucket list!

Teach, Learn, Share

We all teach one another, most of us learn from each other, and we do this by sharing our experiences together.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my life experience, photos, sense of humor, my insights and philosophy, and of course the respect the host has earned by allowing me into their home. That is something that cannot be forgotten, I am a guest in your house.

. We may only meet once, but there is so much to be gained from that one meeting. And nowadays, with Facebook and the like, we can share our future experiences and we can become part of each others lives moving forward.
