ABOUT ME

I have a passion for traveling and living abroad. I think that money should be spent on traveling, food, and not much more. I've been blessed to be able to travel from Little Rock, AR, USA to places outside of the country. However, I have many more places to go. I currently live in Shanghai, China.

PHILOSOPHY

I know that I know very little about the world, and I hope to learn more through firsthand travel and experiences.

I think the worst thing someone can say to me is 'no.' And, that's frankly not that bad. I've always gone by the motto that 'if there's a will, there's a way.' Many of my experiences have been based on this philosophy.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most of my traveling experience has been limited to the US and Asia, but this summer I will embark on my first trip to Europe. This is one of the big reasons for my joining CS. I will be alone for at least a month, and I'm looking to gain the company of some of the earth's coolest people. I hear this is a good place to be.

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach.
Tennis. I've been playing tennis for awhile. I can even give lessons to hosts. I usually carry a racquet with me on my trips.

Chinese Culture. I've lived in China for almost two years now. I have a good idea about how it works. Ask me!
