HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love meeting new people from all different walks of life and invite any and all to surf my couch when in the area, I will try to surf when the swells are right but don't get to as often as I would like.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Surfed in Panama, Monte Negro, and Greece, and have loved it all. Have hosted people from all over and all different walks of life and enjoyed uniqueness of each encounter.
Interests
First and foremost I love to travel, I have the itch and don't think I will ever be able to satisfy it. According to what I am getting my degree in I have interests in government especially environmental politics, environmental sustainability, organic farming practices, anything that keeps mother earth green... Music, Movies, and Books
The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Steven Chbosky is a good book. Democracy for the Few by Parenti can really get you headed down a new political ideological path. The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime is a good read, I would suggest this fun lil number. Garden State, pi, and anything done by q.t. are good movies. As for music i like anything from the beta band to sigur ros, green day to NOFX, Death Cab for Cutie to the Weakerthans...
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have backpacked through Europe and Central America, amazing experiences in different ways. Have WWOOFed a couple different times as well which is a great way to immerse yourself in a local community.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can tune a snowboard and a radio all in one day. I can share with you the great taste of Premium Grain Belt and the cheap prices of the local watering holes. And I would love to learn about all your adventures off the beaten path so please do share.
