About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Continue to passionate and enthusiastic about life despite the current chaos. Be open and connect with others.
ABOUT ME
I've been working as a clinical social worker in San Francisco for the past six years, supporting clients with mental health issues. I just finished traveling Canada coast-to-coast solo this summer. It was epic!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I used couch surfing years ago when I moved to San Francisco, and met some amazing people. I heavily relied on Couchsurfing on my Canadian road trip this summer and had a great experience. I met some hosts that I know I'll stay in touch with.
Note: I think it is so kind for people to open up their homes to others. So if you are reading this, thank you!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Anything not too commercial
Movies: Newly in love with Lady Bird
Books: The Catcher in the Rye (always), just read The Circle and was riveted and horrified at the same time
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
After living a year in Thailand, I moved to San Francisco without a job, housing, or any friends in the area. I fell in love with the place, a wonderful man, and boatloads of beautiful humans afterwards.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to imagine a different world--what would it look like? More kindness, more sharing, more emphasis on education (particularly in social justice and acknowledging power and oppression dynamics), more emphasis on arts and imagination...And how can I bring some of those aspects into our current systems?
What I Can Share with Hosts
A piece of myself! I love one-on-one conversations, whether we just laugh and keep it simple or have more in-depth discussions about this wild world, or something in between.
I will definitely share my immense gratitude as well.
