About Me
Hello!
I am a certified traveler! I love to go to places and meet cool, wonderful people. I started using CS when I travelled alone in Baguio city. It was truly a wonderful experience!
I have been to practically almost all of the provinces in the Philippines. My ultimate goal is to visit Batanes!
I am an accountant by profession. I previously worked as Finance Officer for a community development work funded by an international NGO. Currently, I work as a CSR professional of a global water technology company. I am still navigating myself in the corporate world.
I have already hosted both local and foreign travellers in my apartment. Mostly Filipinos, but I have been a host to a Nepali, Singaporean and a Burmese.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It's really good to know that there's a social networking site for travelers! You don't only get to know their stories, but you also get the privilege to share with them your happiest moments.
Interests
Of course, I love to travel a lot! I also love reading self-help books. On my spare time I watch short movies -- especially those posted on Viddsee!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Slept in the boarding gate of NAIA Terminal 3 while waiting for my flight to Cagayan de Oro city. Then I woke up without the rest of the passengers in my flight. And then suddenly my name was already being called by the attendant who made the last call for boarding the plane.
I will also never forget the time I spent in Tacloban city and Ormoc city as a volunteer for an NGO during the Typhoon Haian (Yolanda) rehabilitation phase. People from all over the world came to my country to extend help. That was, by far, the best example of 'bayanihan' for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Tagalog. Just let me know your plans and I'll let you know how I could be of help to you. I'll make sure that you'll have the best travel experience there is in the Philippines.
In terms of culture, the Philippines has prolly one of the most diverse in Asia. And I'd be more than willing to let you experience it.
