ABOUT ME

I don't know a lot about me, and I think that's the point of why I'm here in the first place. I believe "Adventure" is a word that's been hardwired into my brain from birth. I grew up in the NW United States, always with a hunger for the world. Beyond some short trips to Canada, I have not really been outside of the comfort zone my home and culture offered for me. As of this writing, I am one month deep into culture shock and loving it. I arrived in France on Sep. 2nd, 2008 and I am dying to feed on everything around me.

For now, I live in Aix en Provence. There is no limit, however, to where I want to go. I am looking for something, and I'm not quite sure what it is yet.

PHILOSOPHY

I think I have a very serious obligation to my spirit. All I really want in life is to appreciate and be appreciated. I want a constant stream of new and interesting. I think the world is too caught up in its own comfort, and that's something I don't plan on getting caught in. I'm a romantic by every meaning of the word, and I think people should learn to torture their minds a little more often.
