Hi all! my name is jess, but some call me Jmar. I grew up in South Carolina, USA in a tiny boring town, so the last thing i wanted to do was stay there. I lived in Charleston, SC for a few years while finishing up school for horticulture, which took me to the big island of Hawaii where i spent 3 years and loved it. The island got a bit small for me after a while so i ventured on to Denver, CO where i have been living for 6 years and it is amazing! I love the outdoors, the mountains as well as the city life so its perfect. I love snowboarding, hiking, camping, adventuring, seeing live music, meeting new people and good food! I am just ready to get out and see the world and meet some folks from all over.

I love to travel and look forward to all the new places i can see, but unfortunately not made of money so it always helps to have extra money for traveling expenses. but my main reason to try out couchsurfing is to meet new people. And what better way to see the local sites than staying with locals that can guide me to the best places.
