ABOUT ME

Wow- about me. Let's go. The first thing I'll tell people is I'm obsessed with music. I went to the Crane school of music for my undergrad, the College of St. Rose, for a masters degree in music education, and now I work in Ithaca City Schools, so I can teach other kids how to be huge musical freaks like me. I did so for two summers at the Appel Farm Summer Performing Arts Camp- and the kids made ME a bigger musical freak, even more than being a College Radio DJ did! Other than this, I love movies, food of all kinds, except for cheeses. They are the only exception, and I very much enjoy openly discussing all things sexual with people.

Interests

Music, movies, food, sex (not necessarily in that ranked order). I am geeky. But not a massive videogamer like most of them. I DO LOVE ME SOME LOVE GUITAR HERO though... I love Geology and studying geologic samples/records (Yes. Minerals and Rocks), the great outdoors and backpacking/camping through them (I was a Girl Scout back in the day), shopping thrift stores, climbing tall things, bowling and mini-golf, beer (my dear father is a micro-brewer and I've been sampling beers/ales since age 11), getting drunk with friends, card and board games (especially discovering new ones), taking photographs, and playing around/jamming with new instruments.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At age 13 I lived in Campo Grande/Curitiba Brazil for 2 months. Last summer, I traveled 5,000mi+ around the United States on a road trip through 9 national parks and 14 cities.
