Music, Movies, and Books
I like Disclosure quite a bit right now, along with the Waking Life soundtrack.
A few of my favorite films are: No Country for Old Men, Contact, and Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
Some favorite books: The Histories (Herodotus), Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close (Jonathan Safran Foer), On Fear (Jiddu Krishnamurti), The Alchemist.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Survived four years at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (barely)- that was bleh though; climbed a huge granite tower in the midnight sun above the Arctic Circle in Norway!
Teach, Learn, Share
When the weather is nice, I am really happy to take people climbing in Eldorado Canyon, the Flatirons, or Lumpy Ridge, etc- even if they are relatively new to outdoor climbing. It gives me great pleasure, and it's also valuable practice for me before I take my guide certification exams!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I am a good cook- mostly breakfast: omelets, pancakes, french toast, yogurt/fruit parfaits... =D
