About Me

CURRENT MISSION

ABOUT ME

A friend was wrote this rap about me, which I feel describes me pretty well:

One time for your mind, one time...here's a little story bout a man named Jon/ thought them snooty Texas girls were just putting him on/ so he made a decision, you can call him rash/ he turned 18 and started hauling ass, now check it - This was kid who appreciated culture/ voice like a hyena and a neck like a vulture/ hit California in his freshman fall/ to fulfill a promise to the posters on his wall/ but he had a couple side trips on the way/ fell in love with a two-faced chickenhead in the city of A/ but he also fell in love with a mode of thought/ a life of contemplation without a dogmatic God/ hit the Northeast looking for the promised land/ and learned some rednecks are Yankees fans/ with worse accents/ left him wondering where his hat went/ and in that state he arrived in Malibu/ a thousand characters the max

PHILOSOPHY

I had two goals when I was younger

1. Leave Texas
2. See the world

Everything else was details, but I've moved beyond this now. I'm not really sure if I have an over-arching philosophy on life. I do know that most of the time I like to healthy but other than that I'm not sure. I guess I'm just trying to live life to the fullest.

Interests

My biggest interest is by far music, I am always listening to something and trying to expand my music base. I love subways and good public transportation systems since we don't have them so much in Texas. In general I have a fascination with urban settings and I love getting to see new urban areas and see how they reflect the way people view and live life. Back in the day I was in Boy Scouts, so I still love the outdoors. I think the biggest aspect of my personality is that I am inquisitive, because I love to learn about new things.
