ABOUT US

After teaching English in China for two years, my wife, Margo, and I have moved back to Arkansas to be closer to family.

I (Josh) finished my degree in Accounting and Margo is going back to school for a master's in Social Work. We hope to continue traveling, meeting new people, and living abroad in the future.

We like reading good books, watching foreign films, baking, listening to music and going to shows, being outside, and of course traveling.

We have an extra bedroom and couch that can be used by travelers passing through!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, we have had wonderful couchsurfing experiences. It is an excellent way to get to know local people and experience life through the lens of someone else.

We both like a lot of "Americana-ish" bands- Avett Brothers, Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, Langhorne Slim, Band of Horses, Dawes, etc.

We like quirky movies and tv shows like Flight of the Conchords, the IT Crowd, and Arrested Development.

We can share not only our love of Little Rock and Arkansas, but some delicious baked goods, with anyone who surfs on our couch.
