Hi I'm Juan! I am a pretty laid back and open minded guy who enjoys a good chat over a beer. I have been lucky enough to live in four different countries now, and those experiences have only made me more eager to see the world and how it is like to be a bit further away from home. As much as I love life back in Spain, at the moment I'm an Australia, as far from home as I could possibly get, trying to get a PhD in what is my passion, wildlife conservation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I learnt about CS many years ago now while backpacking with friends around Europe. The experience only made the trips more unique and enjoyable, so after a while I also decided to take guests in my own place. Being a host also turned out to be a great way to turn an otherwise boring week into something exciting, so when life is not too busy I'm happy to take people at my place wherever I am!
