Hi! My name is Jess and I quit my job in corporate America about three years ago to travel around the world. I've been to South America, parts of Southeast Asia, and lived in New Zealand for 2 years. I basically don't ever want to go home!

I'm all about the experiences and good stories. Couchsurfing is a great way to meet other people and get a local's perspective on an area. Also, it allows me to save on accommodation and therefore, travel longer.

Summited Huayna Potosi in Bolivia (6,088m) - a difficult but incredible experience and I got to hold an ice axe which felt pretty badass to me :)

Willing to help out anyway I can while I'm there whether it's doing the dishes or laundry, etc. I always show up with at least a 6-pack or bottle of wine as a small token of my appreciation!
