About Me

I'm a traveling filmmaker and artist who currently lives in San Francisco. I'm a very laid back person who loves cats, books and sitting at the window seat. I call myself a professional mermaid because I love chilling on the shore and soaking up the sun. My favorite food combination has got to be cookies & beer.

Currently working in tech in SF but I like to spend my free time at the shore. When I'm not watching and dreaming about films you'll find me trying to skateboard, drawing in my notebook and cooking different spicy foods!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm excited to swap jokes, adventure stories and cross paths with amazing folks from all over the world!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I made my first award winning film at the age of 18 with a Bolex film camera. I travel and camp a lot for work. I recently created a series of 15 videos highlighting the water struggles of migrant farm workers in rural California. But the thing I'm most proud of is helping to raise my younger brother ever since he was born.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching others how to cook spicy Sichuan food and how to speak Chinese or English.
