My name is Jo and I'm from Denmark. I am 19 years old and graduated the gymnasium (danish high school) last summer. Now I shift between work and travelling, since I am taking a few years of, before continuing my studies. I love to learn - especially when it comes to cultures and language.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

Music:
I like pretty much everything from classical to rock, but right now I'm in a phase where I mostly listen to 50's/60's rock'n'roll and 80's pop. I also really like artists like PJ Harvey, The Beatles, David Bowie and St. Vincent - so it is a pretty broad taste :)

Movies:
I wasn't much of a movie-fan until I chose film-studies as my main subject in high school, but now I love it! I'm not that picky when it comes to movies either. Some of my favourite movies are from european cinema (such as Goddbye Lenin, Cold War, Cinema Paradiso and Nikita) but I also love some big Hollywood blockbusters (such as Inception, Pulp Fiction and Back to the Future)

Books:
There are too many favourites to list here. I just finished Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, and it was amazing! One of the best books I've ever read. Others include: The Neverending Story, 1984, The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, Harry Potter (obviously) and The Little Prince.

I like to cook. I'm a vegetarian, so I'm pretty creative when it comes to cooking. Furthermore, I love a good chat about cultural and linguistic differences :)
