Overview
About Me
Hi!
My names Joachim and I'm a French Canadian currently at home in my small hometown of Saint-Raymond, a 40 minute drive outside of Quebec City.
I have not travelled much, but each time I did I made sure to give Couchsurfing a try! I've met a lot of would be friends in hostels and such, but there is nothing more interesting than sharing time with someone who is kind enough to open their door for you and lend you their couch for the night. Brings people closer!
All in all, since I'm back home I'd like to give back some of the great hospitality I received!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined this site and organization mainly to give me the oppurtinity to meet new people and see the world. I'd be more than happy to help out other couch surfers once I come back to my home after my trip around Europe.
I'm eager to be well received in a stranger's home and to have the chance to give back in return.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Pretty much everything but Tool stands out the most
Movies: Too huge of a fan to pick just one out of the lot but I'd have to say any Tarantino is perfect
Books: I think I have not read enough but I'm a big fan of Stephen King's work and anything by Tolkien captivates me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got off the couch and went to Europe on my own!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share life experiences, long talks and ideas and opinions. I'm fairly good at making opinions meet too, it's my strong belief that there is good in everything.
I'm a very talkative person, maybe not at first but once we find an interesting subject to talk about, there's pretty much no stopping me!
