Overview
About Me
I am a people person who really likes to meet people and to talk and share what I have experienced.
Sometimes I seem to be 'too' positive but I believe being positive helps me solve any problem. Even if it doesn't go well, I can feel better than being negative, at least.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet many people from the globe and to know/understand what others think.
It will help me having a balanced perspective on this world.
Interests
Languages and culture. Since I have moved to Japan 11 years ago, now my daily language is Japanese and it is quite interesting to look into the subtle, sometimes big, difference between Korean, my mother tongue, and Japanese.
Walking. I love to walk and discover the town I visit.
Yummy food. When I move to a new place, the first thing I check is where the delicious restaurants are. Upscale restaurants like those from Michelin Guide and small local restaurants with reasonable price! I like both.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Daft punk, Jeff beck, Muse, Prince, D'sound, Incognito, Pat Metheny, Paris Match, Stone temple pilots, RHCP, Ozzy Osborne, RATM, Avantasia, Ego rapping and so many artists! Like to listen to all kinds of music, especially old rocks, electronic music, something groovy :) Sometimes I also enjoy K-pops too(why not!) Movies: Out of Africa, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Science of Sleep, Reality Bites, Josee, the Tiger and the Fish(one of my best) La Maison de Himiko, Interstella 5555 Books: Honestly, I don't usually read books since I became a grown-up except some text books in the university (unlike when I was small)....Shame on me! But I can say I really enjoyed reading Charlie and the chocolate factory when I was a child.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I had traveled to Hokkaido in 2012 by myself, I visited 礼文島 Rebun-island, which is famous for its beautiful alpine flowers, and completed 8-hour hiking course which runs from one end of the island to the other. My first experience to walk across an island hiking up and down even in rain!
