Hi! I finished my degree in Spain and before beginning a Master Programm I wanted some time for myself, to travel, explore new places, meet new people and cultures. Visiting Australia has always been one of my dreams, so that's why I chose this destination

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I came to Australia to work as an au pair during this year, but the family I was staying with wasn't offering me what we had agreed, I felt uncomfortable and days were hard and long for me and I wasn't enjoying Australia at all. So I had three options:
1. Go back to Spain, which I don't want to do because now I'm here I have to take advantage of it. It's a long way from Spain and I don't know if I will ever come back again.
2. Look for another family to be an au pair again. But after this first experience I'd need to be completely sure about the family, besides I don't know how much time it could take till I find one...
3. Just travel and enjoy Australia. Travel as much as I can, as it was my end of degree trip (I didn't had one then). I just found out Coachsurfing, and honestly I feel it has opened a world of possibilities.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Original Movie Soundtracks, every time I listen to them they transport me to the movie and I can't help getting goosebumps. For me, the best compositor is Hans Zimmer, he's awesome

I like all kind of movies, except terror films unless I watch them with friends, otherwise I can't sleep later! What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share spanish and catalan culture like food, I really like cooking so you could taste some typical dishes. We can have nice conversations, learn from each other, long walks around wherever we meet. Actually it's the first time I travel alone, I realize how important is to have someone by your side to share feelings and experiences. Life is the best school ever
