Just came back to Barcelona after living in Italy for 5 months!

Hola!! :)
My name is Joana and I'm from Barcelona. I'm 24 years old and I have finished my degree in Visual Media.
One of the things I like to do the most is traveling. I've been traveling a lot thanks to my parents, with who I usually have travelled every summer when I was young. Now, I try to do it as much as I can with my friends or alone.

One of the best experiences I have ever had it was doing an Erasmus in 2015. I studied in Newcastle (UK) for 6 months and it was when I realize what was sharing a house with international people and how much you can learn from that. You learn new cultures, new things, you get more open-minded and you also learn to do things on your own.
I have also spent 2 summers in the UK (London and Brighton) working there.

Another thing I really like to do is dancing. I have been dancing in different competitions teams in Spain.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is a good way to know new people, share experiences and have a good moment!
It's a different way to meet people while you are traveling, practicing a language and meet local people from who you can learn new things and give you recommendations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In 2014 I went to Las Vegas to take part in the "World Hip Hop Championship". I have been teaching dance to kids for the last 3 years.
