Eloo, I'm Jo. I am currently doing a PhD in Visual Anthropology in Manchester, haven't travelled in a few years but really keen to get back on the road! I like to travel light and cheap, hitchhike around and swim in any body of water I can find. Always after some nice food and beer, and love quirky spots to listen to good tunes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think the best way to travel is through meeting local people and having them take me around their favourite spots. Also always happy to return the favour if rainy Manchester is what you're after.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Went on tour with Inna de Yard, one of my favourite reggae band, around Jamaica.

Can teach you French or English, video-making.
Starting to grow a passion for all circus-related things so really keen to learn any skills you have to share in that area. Also always looking to improve my musical skills (which I have very little of)!
