We're Joana and Mats from Germany, currently travelling around the world for a year before going back to university. We love to experience new cultures, get to know all the little differences and try local food. We're fairly new to Couchsurfing, as we usually stay in hostels, but would love to get a little homey feel and get to know locals.

We love free walking tours, small museums, historic city centers and live music events. We're on a tight budget so we usually walk A LOT, which helps us to get to know places even better.

We're easygoing and flexible, more the day than the night people and like to help wherever necessary.

We have no expectations regarding a Couchsurfing host - whether you want to show us around or just have some space to share - we're happy any way :)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

It combines saving money with meeting new people. After 8 months in Hostels we're also excited about a more homey atmosphere.

Interessen

We love all sorts of sports. Always happy about a round of Basketball or a good hike. Mats is also really into snorkeling and we both would like to try surfing some time. We also love board- and cardgames.
