HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a host I really try to share my passion and knowledge of Missouri or wherever home is at the time. I also like to provide hugs, smiles, and good food!

I've been lucky in that whenever I leave home and arrive in a new place I already have a family.

I have many loves and passions. I'm a true collector of hobbies.
Yoga nearly consumes my life- in all the best ways! When not on the mat I'm usually adventuring in the woods, picking a uke, or cooking something nourishing and delish!

I'm happy to show you the perfect stretch to make hours of travel melt away.
I can teach you the proper way to poop in the woods.
And maybe we can identify some vegetation while we're down there.

I'm a sponge! If you have a skill or something to share I would love to know it. I would like to learn more about wild edibles and medicinals, special places that steal your thoughts, and homesteading know-how.
