Hi there!
I am Joanna, having studied Business administration in Munich for a year (not anymore) now almost done with my Bachelors in Amsterdam. I am really open-minded and communicative, a huge fan of languages and learning new skills. I love exploring new places and cultures, getting to know people from different countries and all walks of life (traveling alone is a great opportunity to do that). Doing my best to keep my composure in any situation, not always successful, though :D I do enjoy talking about topics that push people's buttons.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is the perfect meeting point for anyone, interested in something unknown and intriguing, requiring thinking beyond conceptions. The opportunity to meet different people from all corners of the world you would otherwise never be able to, and to have random interesting conversations is more of an unique experience than anything I could imagine!

I have quite diverse interests and hobbies, I love being active and doing sports like jogging, hiking, snowboarding and always try to learn sth new and broaden my horizon. I love reading, listening to music, hanging out with friends and visiting museums, galleries, theatres, festivals, especially during my travels. Cultural life is among my top priorities.

Movies- Some of the all-time-best: Fight club, Inglorious Bastards, Snatch, Lock, stock and two smoking barrels, Vanilla Sky, Pulp Fiction

I love classical literature, as well as books about history, philosophy, finance.
Among my favourites are The Idiot, The Master and Margarita, 1984, Flash Boys, The Black Swan, Seneca's Letters from a Stoic, Tacitus' Histories, The Grapes of Wrath and maaany more.
