I am a potter from New Brunswick on my way to the Banff Centre for the Arts for a year-long practicum. I have a long drive ahead of me and I would love to meet some people along the way.
I make functional pots but will be exploring more conceptual and sculptural work during my time in Banff.

I'm always interested in meeting new people. It always amazes me how much I can learn from others. As I travel, I love having fascinating conversations with people about their experiences and thoughts.

Just a sampler:
Bought a car and drove myself around North America working on farms.
Worked for a week in a Vietnamese Buddhist Temple in Memphis, Tennessee.
Climbed the mountains of Zhangjiajie in China.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my knowledge and abilities in the arts (visual and musical), the passenger seat of my car, many awful jokes and stories.
I am interested in learning near everything -- folk songs and stories, local history, how to drive a manual car, making an amazing pasta sauce, how to do origami, etc.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am happy to cook some meals, do some tidying around the house, and tell stories.
