About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My dream adventure would begin in Israel, poke around the Middle East, work up through Turkey, west through parts of Greece, Italy, then to Spain, northeast to France, then cut down to Morocco.
ABOUT ME
I'm a spirited, enthusiastic, easygoing and outgoing explorer with an open mind and open heart, love for any track not beaten, and a taste for the refined and the authentic. I love getting to know new people, being with friends, but I'm very self-reliant and comfortable flying solo. I have a passion for GOOD music (of all types) so long as it comes from the heart; I love to dance. No discussion is uncomfortable for me, which is one reason I'm always eager to connect with members of my global community most unfamiliar to me. While sunrise is my favorite time of day, I also love the nights (in or out). My mind tends to really wake up around 10 pm. I guess I prefer an afternoon siesta.
PHILOSOPHY
Honesty, integrity, free and easy, bold, compassionate. I try to live as such.
I live for growth and new experiences and try to view every circumstance as an opportunity for growth/new possibilities. You know... life, man.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I couchsurfed once in Haifa, Israel. A group of Israeli guys hosted us and one showed me the Bahai Gardens from above via scooter tour!
Interests
I'm an aerial artist (I like to spend my time in the air, upside down, circus style). Also a political creature, interested in the ins and outs of all cultures and nations. I enjoy puzzles. I find fascinating what people value, and love to engage discussions on that (or almost any topic). My interests are vast and varied -- socially, scientifically, musically, creatively. I'm always bumping tunes, new and old, and dancing it out. I'm spiritually interested in the Truth (capital T), and have dabbled in different mechanisms for doing so. Spiritual and political philosophy are my favorite kinds. I enjoy and value counterculture, quirky local venues and MOs.

Music, Movies, and Books
We'd better talk about this over a brew or a bowl... (hey, it's legal in my neck of the woods)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Competed nationally as a gymnast.
Roadtripped alone (well, with my cat - Mopsy) cross-country USA.
Camped on the Jordan River in Israel. Slept on a roof in the Old City, Jerusalem during Ramadan.
(How's anyone supposed to choose one?)
Teach, Learn, Share
I want to learn to play medley instruments, namely bass (upright or electric), drums, and accordion. Working on languages, got a few on my list. I love crafts. I've taught circus full-time.
