ABOUT ME

We are Joanna and Omar, Polish-Marrocan couple living now in Poland. We are respectfull, open-minded and creative persons. We have to admit that we are absolutely positive, optimistic and we like helping people around us. We both don't smoke and don't drink alcohol, but still we are a good company for chatting and hanging around;)

Omar is a joyfull, whole-hearted person who likes making people smile and laugh telling funny jokes. His the biggest passion is football (watching and practising), guitar (listening and playing) and dance (watching and practising).

Joanna is good-tempered and cheerfull, you can count on her in every situation. She is fond of watching old movies and playing piano. She is the one, who is crazy about travelling;)

We enjoy every moment and we try to make our life the unforgettable experience!

PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy? Study, study and study.

It's all about the studing (during all your life!). It helps to open up the new horizons.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We always serve the people from couchsurfing well. We always help with planning travel to Poland or Marocco or to the other places (where we have been before already). We always help out and give advices and some tips.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Joanna started the experiance with couchsurfing in october 2010 in Spain (Saragossa) with her friend. After that, we went with Omar together on our first trip of CS to Alicante in november the same year. We liked it so much that the next week, we went to Mallorca on CS, and it was only the beginning of our CS experience..

So far, we were together in Madrid (Spain), Valetta, Marsaskala (Malta), Valencia (Spain), Faro (Portugal), Malaga (Spain), Bergamo (Italy), Rome (Italy), Marseille (France) and Piza (Italy).
Joanna made some trips alone with her friends, and it was exactly in Ibiza, Gran Canaria, Almeria (Spain) and Eindhoven (Holland).

After spending a really nice time with our hosts, we decided to keep doing that kind of trips, becuase they are giving much more possibility of meeting new interesting people. We think, that every person is a representantive of the different culture and experience, what makes it worth to cross our paths with the habitants! Moreover, CS is also the way to discover the unknown places better and explore them not only from the tourist perspective but from the real life of the local people:)
