About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To boldly go where no man has gone before
ABOUT ME
I have probably more enthusiasm for everything than patience, but when something catches my interes I can give years to it (and hopefully, for my future profession, even decades). Currently I'm studying quantuum engineering and try to get into particle physics for real.
I dream of having a cat (fully alive one!), a place to sleep, a wonderful lab team to work with on the mysteries of the universe and sailing the high seas once in a while.
What can I say about myself? I'm easy going enough, rather happy, smiley and outgoing, but I do love a good disscussion on more serious subjects. I can't stand living without context, I devour stories in every possible medium and most of what I see, or think, or eat is somewhat connected. Tea is not a tea without a shred of british imperial history, a mountain hike isn't the same without Skyhold form Dragon Age, but it is not as but as it sounds. I do know that sometimes a doughnut is good simply because it is a doughnut.
PHILOSOPHY
"The meaning of life is to give life meaning
Go too fast, move too slow.
Restore the balance between thinking and feeling
Open up and let it flow"
Ayreon
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Every way I can: surfing, meeting people and recommending it to others ^^ I would love to host people again, but first I need to get myself a flat.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Amazing! I traveled for a long time, staying with many couchsurfers. I also hosted many surfers myself and I was never dissapointed. I espacially love the CS because I'm never sure who I will meet and what I will learn.
Interests
Currently I'm fairly invested in the world of quantuum mechanics, particle physics and plasmonic, but I've spent few years fanboying around about space exploration and sending an onion into a stratosphere (I have pics!). Let's just settle on that I enjoy science :)
But for most of my life I was actually learning to be an artist, hence paintig, drawing and history of art are still close to my heart. I particulary enjoy the mix between history and history of art so I fell in love with ancient literature from Greece and Rome, and last, but not least - so called "Młoda Polska" which is a polish trend in art and culture when Secession was around in the world.
In my free time I'm a science fiction and fantasy nerd. I watch enourmous amounts of old tv series, movies, read a lot of books and enjoy everything about being a fangirl from comicbooks to going to a convention painted orange. When the occasion arises I enoy RPG session or boardgame.
Once the summer is on I escape either into cycling, sailing or hiking anywhere that is remote, empty and possibly cold and northern (unless I sit staring up into the screen because summer time is the internship time!).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cycled through most of the Scotland, starting in Inverness, through Orkney Islands, down by Cape Wraith and Lochinver and then through Great Glen Way to Fort William and Oban. I met so many great couchsurfers
Teach, Learn, Share
I'm sure I can teach a thing or two about history of art, drawing, painting, sculpturing and poi-poi dancing. I'll gladly talk for hours about space, physics or parallel universes.
I'd love to share hike in the mountains, cooking a meal, boardgame or a movie.
I'll glaldy learn pretty much anything, it's hard to find something that wouldn't be interesting to me ^^
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can cook a meal (I think I'm actually pretty good cook), choose a good wine, beer or tea to the meal, make you a little fire dancing show, or teach you something.
