Overview
About Me
I left my home in the UK in January 2015 and have been living as a digital nomad since then, running my business on the road while wandering and exploring.
I'm from Norwich, UK, but I update my address to show where I'm currently living.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I mainly use Airbnb for accommodation as I work from home (I'm verified over there), but I've joined CS as I way of meeting locals and other travellers while I'm on the road.

Music, Movies, and Books
Musically, I'm a huge Gilles Peterson fan, so a lover of jazz, soul, funk, world music, hip hop, rap, electronica and everything associated with Worldwide & Brownswood :)
I'm mostly interested in world cinema and independent films, and I read widely - a lot of contemporary fiction. I also love reading novels based in countries I'm travelling through - it gives more of an insight than a guidebook!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Mmm, one is difficult! Highlights from my first year as a nomad include skydiving in Berlin, dancing on the beach in Sete at the Worldwide Festival, and experiencing Fallas in Valencia.
On previous travels, special moments include befriending a monk on a temple mountain in Cambodia at sunset, drinking silkwormpoo tea at a weaving and dyeing centre in Luang Prabang where I made my own silk placemat, working on vintage in Hawkes Bay in New Zealand, chilling on the beaches of Thailand & Malaysia, living & working on a remote island in Greece for 7 months...
Teach, Learn, Share
I love my lifestyle and am happy to share tips on becoming a digital nomad and how to earn money and run a business while travelling. I love to learn about local food & wine, and always try to pick up a few words of the local language while travelling and am happy to help people practise their English in return. And of course, I have a few travel tips and love to hear about other people's travels!
