About Me

CURRENT MISSION

experiencing, learning, growing, sharing.

ABOUT ME

A positive, go with the flow type of person, eager to learn and grow!

I spend my weekdays assisting a teenager with autism - it's a pretty humbling and mind-blowing job, a daily learning experience. When I'm not working I spend my time writing/playing music (mostly reggae), practicing ballet and yoga, going out to see live music, and passing the time with good friends, etc.. see below =)

PHILOSOPHY

I strongly believe that dancing is good for your soul. You should do it once a day, at least. same goes for smiling/laughing. Choose happiness :)
