About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone

ABOUT ME

People say I'm fun to be around and I like to believe them. I love to laugh, party and have fun. Always looking for an adventure :)

PHILOSOPHY

"Life is short, Break the rules, forgive quickly, kiss slowly, love truly, laugh uncontrollably and never regret anything that made you smile."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've surfed for the first time in the summer of 2013 and it was great! I haven't been a host yet, but I'd like to be one, so if anyone like to visit the cute little town I live in, you're more than welcome!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the summer of 2013 I went traveling alone for the first time, I surfed in Belfast and went to a couple CS meetings, where I met some really nice people. And occassionaly I give friends a place to sleep after a party.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is my life and my work. I really like all different kind of genres; rock, pop, dance, folk, jazz. Some of my favourite artists: Muse, John Mayer, Foo Fighters, Mumford & Sons, Jamie Woon, Bastille.

One of my favourite books is Extremely Loud & Incredibly Close by Jonathan Safran Foer, but I also love Nicolo Ammaniti, David Nicholls, Cecilia Ahern, Harry Potter and the occasional chick lit.

I really love movies, disney, arthouse, action, comedy, romcoms, thrillers, anything! (Except horrormovies..)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling alone, falling in love with Ireland, sitting on top of Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh, exploring Budapest by night. I'll do my best to add more adventures to this list every year.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can cook a meal or two, like a lovely pasta, sushi rolls or a typical Dutch 'stamppot'. I can teach you some Dutch words, tell about my country and show you around. I'd like to learn about different cultures, seeing the world through the eyes of locals.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd like to share a story, a laugh and a great time!

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Thailand, United Kingdom
