About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Home sweet home

ABOUT ME

I love travelling. Currently I am on my Erasmus semester in Valencia. I like getting to know new people, ah yes, and I'm quite active(from salsa-dancing, sailing, guitar playing, musicals down to volleyball and archery... I love almost any kind of sport or activity :-) )

PHILOSOPHY

Favourite phrase is the latin: "Scio nescio" (Socrates) which means "I (only) know, that I don´t know..."
Which says a lot already. I want to get to know the world and see everything at least once.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'll be glad to host other CouchSurfers in Valencia as well as in Vienna whenever I've got time. Just ask away!

Interests

I am interested in getting to know new cities, musicals and theaters, sailing, guitar playing, RPG, cooking, table-top games, volleyball, archery, canooing, travelling in general, languages,... and probably quite a few more things that just didn´t come to mind right now.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: V for Vendetta, A Beautiful Mind
Music: James Blunt, Amy MacDonald, Michelle Branch, Eric Clapton, Bryan Adams, 3 doors down, phantom planet, Nickelback, Avril Lavigne, Delta Goodrem, ... (very very long list)
Books: Mainly Fantasy and Science Fiction (currently Magician by Raymond Feist), but also LoR, Harry Potter, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most exciting experience I had so far, was definitely white-water canooing. Very cool :-)

The Alhambra was an amazing place to see... even though we wouldn't have had to get up at 5:00 AM - seeing as we were the only ones "in the line" at that time.

Once I did a hot-air balloon ride... that was just amazing to see the world from that angle and at the same time be so close to a free fall... I guess I hit it best with that one.

Teach, Learn, Share

Can teach Salsa dancing and always love to show someone a few chords on the guitar.

Can teach/practise German and a bit of Spanish.

Countries I’ve Visited

Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lebanon, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In
