My name is Joao and my passion is the nature. For me nothing is better than a dive in the sea, or a bath of river or waterfall.
Born in Sao Paulo however, I learned how to handle with big cities and one good thing is that I can get along well with different kinds of people.
I don't care about confort or wealthy and I rather instead a good conversation and a relaxing watch of the trees.

My favourite kinds of music are MPB (popular brazilian music) specially regarding Caetano Veloso, Gilberto Gil and Milton Nascimento; All kinds of Samba specially mentioning Adoniran Barbosa, Candeia. Cartola and Dona Ivone Lara; Reggae, Ska and Jazz.

My favorite Movies would be into the wild, fela kuti- music is the weapon and invictus. I like animation and nature/music documentaries.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I've walked once from Paulo Afonso (BA) till the delta of the Sao Francisco River (AL) in Brasil and I walked up the whole seaside of Alagoas state till the south of Pernambuco state in Recife (PE). 30 days walking about 400 km.

I also did the Santiago way once by bike.

Recently I've lived one year in The Netherlands in a city called Leeuwarden.
