ABOUT ME

Hello There! My name is João and I am a Portuguese guy from Lisbon - PT. Currently I work as a business/IT consultant, but what I really like to do in my life is to travel - basically because I like to see different places and I like to get in touch with other cultures. The other thing I really like to do when I am travelling is to meet people along the way, either local people (who can tell us a great deal about local culture/customs) or fellow travellers (with whom we can share our travel experiences).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Rock, Indie rock and electropop

Books: Mostly non-fiction (economics/ business and social sciences), but i also like thrillers.

Movies: Well, basically I don't have a preffered genre. For me what it makes a movie worth seeing is a good story (and there are great stories in several genres of movies).
What I do not like are tacky blockbusters (except when you want to switch off your brain and go for some big laughs)!!!
