About Me

Heeeeellooo! ((:
Brazilian guy, living in France for 2 years, studying engineering in Saint-Étienne. I am 22, for the moment, passionated about people and their stories.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Music, Movies, and Books

Very eclectic for music!
Indie, indie rock, classical, reggae, blues, jazz, samba, bossa nova... I think the only kind that I have never liked is heavy metal, it doesn't make me feel well, but for the rest, I will always try a shot.

If I was to choose a band: Arctic Monkeys
A single artist: John Mayer

For books, I started with the Harry Potter books, read them all, thrice or more, maybe haha
The Name of the Wind in one of my favorites, for sure.

Last one read: Anna Karienina, Liev Tolstoi.
Reading: Thinking - Fast and Slow; Le petit prince, Saint-Exupéry

My list of favorite movies may change depending on my mood, but generally it is like that:
- The Dead Poet's Society
- Forest Gump
- Big Fish
- Interstellar
- Batman, the dark knight
But I can still sing along with Disney movies, Fight Club also blew my mind, and I will not miss the Avenger's movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My visa has expired, I had to stop my internship for 10 days, so, not to go mad, I've taken an 11h one way bus to Barcelona alone, and managed to do a great trip (without flights, becaus I didn't have my visa after all).

Teach, Learn, Share

Portuguese is something I can teach!
Cooking is a passion for me, and iit pleases me a lot to cook for other people. Living with italians has changed a bit my way of cooking, but I still can cook brazilian stuff (:
I am not so good at it, but I can play a bit of guitar also.
