I'm a Mechanical Engineering student in Erasmus in Gothenburg, Sweden. I consider myself an adventurous person, who enjoys nature, cinema, surfing and drawing. My aim is to make my passage through this world as green as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The first time I used Couchsurfing was on a one week road trip around Norway with a friend. We had a great time with the hosts and it was an incredible to meet new people, language, food and to exchange a couple of stories. Now the adventure continues and if you have the generosity of hosting me I can cook some awesome Mediterranean recipes!

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a big fan of Pearl Jam, but I enjoy a hole variety of music, from the grunge rock to the Brazilian Bossa Nova. I am also a cinema lover and my favorite classic is Stanley Kubrick 'A clockwork orange'. My favourite actor is Johnny Depp and director is Tim Burton. When I was a kid, my dream was to become a movie animator (and it still is!). I'm not an active reader, however, one book that certainly struck me was George Orwell 'Animal Farm'.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In this last month I tried bouldering for the first time and it was a truly sense of freedom experience!

I aim to learn new languages, try different food, see new places, exchange a couple of life stories and create some new memorable moments with new people I meet.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am not a Michelin star cooker, but I love to cook new dishes and I also bring some delicious traditional ones from Portugal.
