My name is João and I'm 30 years old. I'm a philosophy teacher in Belo Horizonte and I love working with this. I'm from Recife (Pernambuco), but I moved to Belo Horizonte 9 years ago. It wasn't easy to swap the beach for the mountains, but Minas Gerais is a very welcoming and beautiful state and the people are amazing, so I quickly felt at home. Well, a little more about me... I love going out to bars, theatres, cinemas, waterfalls, parties and parks. I like to make new friends and live intensely every day. You will be very welcome in my house! =)

I like Brazilian music, like samba, bossa nova, MPB. I also like pop, rock, funk and electronic music. My favourite authors are Eduardo Galeano, Gabriel García Marquez, Clarice Lispector and Valter Hugo Mãe. I'm passionate about Spanish and Latin American cinema. Also Brazilian cinema, especially the films produced in Pernambuco.
